1. How long does it take to process my order?
Turnaround depends on several factors such as quantity, artwork, product samples, etc. Once we gather all of the necessary information from the customer, shirts can often be completed within a week without any rush fees. When you place your order you will receive a final date that you can expect to receive your order.

2. I don't have any artwork. Can you make something for me?
Yes. Each order comes with one free hour of design time. Our in-house designer would be happy to meet with you and develop some design ideas.

3. I have a design already, what file type do you want?
We work with Illustrator, PDF, EPS and CorelDraw files. We prefer vector files of any kind. We can also work with Photoshop, JPEG, GIF and TIF files of acceptable size.

4. What is your minimum quantity?
Our minimum order for screen printing is 12 shirts. For promotional products, the minimum quantity depends on the product.

5. Do I have to order in dozens?
For any apparel orders, you can order any combination of sizing in any quantity.

For promotional product orders, it depends heavily on the product. Some products can only be ordered in multiples of 250, whereas other products can be ordered individually.

6. How many shirts do I have to order to get a price break?
For each additional unit you order, the unit price will decrease. Simply put, the more you order, the cheaper they get.

7. I am ordering for a school club… How do I pay for my order through the school?
For Cal Poly orders we accept payment on receipt in the form of a Club Payment Request form. The form must be filled out with the advisor signature.

For UCSB and other schools, payment in the form of a check, cash or credit card is required at the time of delivery.
